After conducting extensive research, I discovered that every expert recommended the same key points: elevating your head by 6-8 inches, ensuring your entire upper torso is supported at an angle, and avoiding certain trigger foods.

My search for the perfect wedge pillow felt like a journey akin to Goldilocks - some options were uncomfortable, others inconvenient or too expensive. None of them provided the full-torso support I needed. Thus, I decided to take matters into my own hands and created a wedge pillow that met all my requirements.
